Timeline
1865
Annener Gussstahlwerk established in Witten.
1930
Ruhrstahl AG formally established within Vereinigte Stahlwerke AG.
1943
The Fritz X guided bomb becomes operational.
1951
Ruhrstahl Geräteträger introduced for civilian agriculture.
Late 50s
Development of the Ruhrstahl–Heraeus vacuum-degassing process.
1957
Ruhrstahl becomes part of the Rheinstahl group.
1963
Merged into Rheinstahl Hüttenwerke AG. End of Ruhrstahl AG.
Present Day
Independent RUHRSTAHL — defence and technology.
